Full Device Compatibility

Secomea RDM solutions are compatible with just about anything – from legacy equipment to equipment using the most modern PLCs.

Full compatibility is ensured via a unique distributed system of agents and plugins.

Agents manage all communication between the GateManager and devices. It is the agent that provides access, monitoring and management services for each device. Agents can be hosted on Gateways or embedded into your equipment.

For each type of device there is a corresponding bit of software called a plugin that is installed on the GateManager to provide support for the agents.

Some agents are off-the-shelf, others are tailored to specific equipment models or types - all according to your needs.
