GateManager™ is the central component of Secomea’s solutions for Remote Device Management.
It can be used securely over the Internet (NAT firewall supported), over a private WAN, or
within the confines of a LAN.
The connection between the GateManager and a GateManager-enabled device is always initiated by the device - and is always encrypted.
Security policies are respected at all sites touched by the solution.
GateManager models:
- GateManager Server is an off-the-shelf software component which is typically installed on a dedicated server. Installation on a VMware or Hyper-V virtual server is also supported.
- Hosted GateManager is a service run by Secomea allowing our partners and their customers a fast and easy entry into our remote management solutions.
