Four steps to success
Secomea applies an iterative implementation model, which consists of the following four steps:

Step 1: Analysis & Identification
At this step, the primary objective is to identify your current and future business challenges. Through workshops with your representatives we collaborate to identify objectives, identify user groups within your organization, and reduce project risks.

The output of this analysis is:

Step 2: Solution planning

Step 3: Implementation
