The GateManager™ is the central component of Secomea's RDM solutions. The GateManager™ acts as a central point of contact and enables secure access to remote equipment and networks. It is normally installed on a dedicated server at a central management location. All connections terminate here and all device data is stored in a central database. It provides centralized administration of access, authentication and authorizations for increased remote service capabilities. Through web-services, the solution can be easily integrated with a wide range of back-end applications to the GateManager (ERP, management systems etc.)

With Secomea's LinkManager installed on the Field Engineer PC, any of the devices attached to the GateManager is just a few mouse-clicks away. Once the PC is attached to a device, you can access and manage the device just as if your PC was connected directly to the device - using the device's own IP address.
