These are off-the-shelf, DIN-mountable hardware components with one uplink ethernet port, four device ethernet ports (switched) and one serial port.

This is an off-the-shelf software component which can be installed on a PC at the production site. This model includes agents for remote access to services and programs running on that PC only. It does not support access to external devices.
