  Predictive Maintenance

DCC makes it easy to monitor and compare data collected from all devices. It also lets you build analytical dashboards for viewing on your PC or smartphone. No programming or scripting needed for DCC dashboards.

You can build them just by focusing on what you want to show.

For OEE monitoring, the DCC is also uniquely able to combine real-time elements with production-batch info.

Intelligent Data Selection – also an Environmental choice

Data collection shouldn’t mean sending all data to the cloud unconditionally. To reduce transfer rates, avoid handling irrelevant material and minimize cloud storage, collected data should be processed at the Edge point.

The SiteManager Data Collection Module gives you ‘smart data aggregation’. To cut data volumes it selects relevant data based on computed production events. It only processes the data that’s actually needed, which reduces the environmental impact of excessive cloud-server computing.
